Very enjoyable for the medium-advanced level cyclist looking for a fairly technical downhill with pronounced descents, always surrounded by beautiful scenery.

Fabulous downhill various kilometers along a rarely used Inca trail, relaxing thermal spa, baths,  and an unforgettable night under the stars, are some of the things we will enjoy on this two days trip, which leads us to join an ancient road between two important valleys in the Cusco area.

Day 1: Day 1 – Cusco – Lares-hot springs

Early in the morning after breakfast we take the privative transport to go to the top of the mountains from your hotel in Cusco, to take us on a 3 hours trip to the highest point on the way between Cusco and the pass Patacancha, (4430m./14550f), to start with this amazing ride that will take us to the middle of the Andes where you can appreciate the real life of the Quechuas and still using the original Inca trails connecting to the communities behind the sacred valley of the Incas, for about 4 hours riding we will be arriving at the town Lares where  you can enjoy the natural spa hot springs in an open place. This is a unique adventure that fun trail Cusco has developed to offer something epic for those looking for the best trails in the world. On the other side of the mountain,s we have a long and flowy descend that will take us directly to the hot springs of Lares enjoying amazing singletrack! We will enjoy the rest of the afternoon in the hot springs. Once there, we'll find the time to relax in the delicious thermal baths. A great warm dinner and a well-deserved bottle of wine await us to finish our day.

Day 2: Lares – Cusco

Form the ¨Abra Lares ¨ (lares mountain pass), at 4430m, a wide Inca trail descends into the depths of the sacred valley, spectacular scenery, fast downhill and lots of adrenalin are some of the things which stand out about this incredible downhill route.

After a healthy breakfast, we'll go back to the Lares mountain pass.

Once again in mountain pass is the departure point of our biking ride, but this time heading to the sacred valley. The ancient Inca trail and a quick flowing narrow stream lead us our way down. Without even noticing it, we going into a small hidden canyon where we may appreciate a few chullpas (pre-Inca tombs) hanging from the walls.

The path leads us to the native community of Totora, where we may decide between following a narrow single track offering breathtaking views of the sacred valley or just continue riding on the wide dirt road to Calca town.
